Studio Seventy3 ambition is for the website to always be up and running, however Studio Seventy3 cannot guarantee this. All Studio Seventy3 products are made to order which mean the item in the photo may differ slightly to the item you receive.

Due to the colour settings of your computer, the colours of the products shown in the pictures in the Studio Seventy3 website can differ from their actual colours. Studio Seventy3 cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

Studio Seventy3 will not be held responsible for any product discrepancy’s which may happen following in-proper care of the item.

Studio Seventy3 reserves the right to change prices of the products sold. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout that specific process.

The Studio Seventy3 online store accepts payment via visa / mastercard the full payment is charged when order is placed all transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.

Shipping charges will be added to your order upon checkout and the price will depend on the size, weight and location.

Studio Seventy3 cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the eur, usd or gbp into any other currency.

For International shipping, the price of delivery is based on the size, weight and location of delivery at checkout.

Local custom charges will not be covered by Studio Seventy3. In the event of the of the receiver not paying custom charges and the shipment is sent back to us, the order will not be refunded.

 

​ Studio Seventy3 will not pay shipping costs for uncollected packages.

 

All items are suitably packaged for transit purposes only. If items arrive damaged they must be signed for as such and contact made to our customer services within 24 hours.

Studio Seventy3 cannot take responsibility for goods that have been damaged after delivery as a result of mishandling or storage.

 

The majority of our products are made with heavy materials which required extreme care whilst handling. Studio Seventy3 cannot take responsibility for injury caused as a result of mishandling or storage.

 

Studio Seventy3 cannot take responsibility for damage to property as a result of mishandling the items.


We reserve the right to refuse supply of products or services to any individual or company.

If you have reason to complain about our service, please email our customer service team stating clearly that you are making a complaint. Our aim is to respond to your complaint within a few working days, either resolving the complaint, or with a timescale for resolution.
